In order to facilitate more efficient support during peak times, the Campus Support Center will be transitioning to automated support during the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. beginning on March 25th, 2019. During this time solutions to most issues can still be found at our Support Portal at support.atu.edu and password management is available at ams.atu.edu.
Support requests submitted during these hours (1:00 am – 7:00 am) will be responded to as quickly as possible the next morning. Campus Support staff will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. for phone, email, and walk-in support. All of our systems are monitored continuously for availability and OIS personnel will continue to respond to emergency events as necessary.
