Microsoft Engineers have taken action to restore service and are currently monitoring the affected environment to ensure that the service is stable. At this time, the vast majority of delayed messages have been delivered. However, a very small subset of messages sent between 9:30 AM CST and 11:30 AM CST are still being processed and may be delayed for an extended period of time. New messages are being delivered normally. Additional details will be provided shortly.
Users are intermittently unable to connect to the Exchange Online service when using multiple protocols including Outlook, Outlook Web App (OWA), Exchange ActiveSync (EAS), and Exchange Web Services (EWS). Affected users may also experience delays when sending or receiving email.
