After working with our storage vendor, we have applied a fix that should correct the connection issues we have been seeing with the I, T, and U drives. We believe this fix will also correct the slow login times we experienced a few weeks ago. As a result, we have enabled folder redirection again for students. Students’ desktop and my documents folders should now be synced with their U drive and any files saved to these locations will automatically be stored there as well.
If we experience the same connection issues again, it may be required that we disable folder redirection again. An announcement will be posted and an email will be sent if that is required.
