On Saturday, March 3rd, 2018, starting at 11:00 PM CST and going through 3:00 PM CST on Sunday (16 hours), Blackboard (the company) will be replacing hardware at one of their data centers. During this time, users *may* experience intermittent service interruptions to 3rd party publisher tools such as Pearson, Cengage, Wiley, and McGraw-Hill, as well as other cloud-based services (i.e. inline grading w/ New Box View).
If you experience any problems during this maintenance window, please contact the Campus Support Center to report them so they can be passed on to Bb Support.
