This is an update for the degraded performance or outage issues that some of you are currently experiencing. Although this issue is not affecting all users, it is our absolute highest priority to resolve this for the customers that are experiencing it as quickly as possible. We are very aware throughout our organization of the role that Tegrity plays for many of you and that such situations impact learners in ways that we do not want. As an organization that is focused on the learner, we are approaching this situation with our greatest sense of purpose and urgency.
The issues appear to be related to our Tegrity database environment. We have numerous resources involved across our entire Development and Operations organizations that are committed and diligently working on this problem until a resolution is reached.
Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA on a resolution yet. We will be keeping you updated as soon as information is available, or when and if there is anything that may impact overall operations. We will resume with updates in the early morning.
We sincerely apologize to those that are affected by these issues. It is the last thing that we wanted to happen and we are working as quickly as we can to resolve the issue.
