The “free space” bar on U-drive is showing red for all users, giving the impression that users are out of U-drive space. The bar is being calculated inaccurately, based on the entire server space of 10.0 TB.
Users can determine their actual U-drive usage by looking at the text under the bar graph. The “free” number is the amount of space the user currently has remaining from their quota (1GB total for students and 15 GB total for faculty/staff).
Please ignore the bar and the “10.0 TB” text at present. We are investigating options for making the bar display properly.
