The Administrative Systems team provides support to both administrative and academic users of the Ellucian Banner ERP system and associated applications. This support includes providing regulatory releases and product upgrades as they are provided by software vendors, recommending the best way to leverage existing vendor software and systems, and maintaining associated databases and servers, as well as custom programming services and reporting when the vendor-provided software does not meet core needs of users. The Administrative Systems team consists of a Database Administrator, an Assistant Database Administrator, a Project Manager, and a team of Programmer/Analysts who report to the Associate Director of the Office of Information Systems (OIS) for Administrative Systems.
