In order to provide better email services to the campus community, The Office of Information Systems is expanding our deployment of Exchange for Faculty and Staff as well as our Office 365 deployment for students. All email accounts for current faculty, staff, and students will be migrated to the appropriate system before the fall semester begins.
Faculty and Staff:
We are encouraging all faculty and staff who have not been moved to Exchange to contact the Campus Support Center to schedule a time to be migrated. If you are not going to be available anytime this summer for us to move your email, we recommend you contact us as soon as possible to get you scheduled.
Students:
You will receive more information this summer about the changes to your email. Please monitor your OneTech email for more information. You will be notified via email when your new account is set up and provided instructions to migrate your email form OneTech if you so desire.
All active mailboxes will be migrated over the weekend of August 15-17, 2014 and the OneTech email system will not send or receive any new messages after all mailboxes have been migrated.
