In order to continue improving email and collaboration services, the Office of Information Systems will be continuing the migration of mailboxes to Office 365. The migration of faculty and staff mailboxes to Office 365 will begin on May 11th and will be completed by June 1st. The migration will be completed in phases and split into departments and buildings. Everyone in the same department will be migrated at the same time to allow the continued function of shared calendars and mailboxes. Some mailboxes may be migrated earlier. You will be contacted via email with information on your specific migration date.

What You Need To Do:
Migrations will be completed prior to the start of the work day according to the schedule below.
If you are using Microsoft Outlook, you will receive a message that states you need to restart Outlook. After doing this, Outlook should reconfigure itself and you should now be connected to Office 365.
If you are accessing your email through the Exchange channel in OneTech or accessing mail.atu.edu directly, you will begin using the Office 365 channel in OneTech or go directly to http://office365.atu.edu. After all the migrations are complete, on June 1st mail.atu.edu will also function for accessing the Outlook Web App for Office 365.
If you currently use a mobile device such as an iPhone, iPad, Android, etc., to check your email, these devices will no longer receive new messages until you remove the account from the device and add it back with the new settings.
To add a new account to your device, follow the instructions listed here:
