We have been notified by our security sources and other universities that a ransomware email appears to be making its way through Office 365.
The messages mostly seem to have a subject line of either “Appointment” or “Accounting copy”, and have an attachment by the name of “Document.zip”.
Our Office 365 accounts have not been affected. This is just to inform you of a potential security concern.
