Due to an issue with an Amazon Web Services outage, we are currently experiencing problems with using the Respondus Lockdown Browser in Blackboard. Starting around 1:30 PM, the Campus Support Center began receiving reports that students and faculty could not access any Respondus Lockdown Browser features within Blackboard. When accessing exams, students would get an error stating that exam information couldn’t be retrieved from the Respondus server. In addition, faculty are unable to access the Lockdown Browser Dashboard in their Course Tools. We are currently working to resolve the issue.
