There will be a planned maintenance for the ATU Voice over IP telephone system on Saturday, August 12th, starting at 8 a.m. and lasting until noon. During this time, connectivity for callers trying to call on to campus, and for callers on campus trying to call out, will be intermittent. Our vendor has identified a flaw in some of our VoIP-related hardware and the flaw is severe enough to warrant a recall. This maintenance will allow the Office of Information Systems to be proactive and replace the hardware before the flaw causes a larger issue.
