In order to proceed with testing all the facets of the new Blackboard platform that is going live on Aug 11th, we have had to create a temporary second server profile for Respondus Lockdown Browser. This means that for the rest of the summer when any user opens Respondus Lockdown Browser, you will be shown a box that says “Choose Server”. In the drop-down, you will find our usual server, BbArkansasTech, and now a second one called ATU SaaS Pilot (do not use unless told to). Most students taking Summer II courses will continue to use BbArkansasTech, so you will click that choice and then OK. However, if you are in one of the few courses running on the new system; 1. your instructor will or should have told you this already and you are accessing the course through a separate web address, and 2) you will use ATU SaaS Pilot (do not use unless told to) when opening Respondus Lockdown Browser.
