Campus Support has been receiving several reports of Turnitin users running across the Error 423 Blackboard Integration Error when trying to work in Turnitin. If you receive this error, a ticket must be submitted with Turnitin Support. While Campus Support will be glad to take care of submitting the ticket for you if you run across the error, for a quicker resolution, you can send a copy/paste of the complete error directly to Turnitin Product Support tiisupport@turnitin.com and they will usually get the issue resolved in the matter of a few hours. Just use Error 423 as the subject and make sure to copy/paste the part of the error that mentions Old Email and New Email.
