The extended maintenance for the M-Street and Nutt Residence Halls are now complete. Devices should be able to connect and services should be restored. If you’re still having an issue, please contact the Campus Support Center.
The unexpected extension of the original maintenance window was due to the application of a partial configuration which caused many of the wireless access points in the Alumni, M-Street, and Nutt buildings to continually disconnect and reconnect from the system. The cause of the issue was identified in the late morning and a fix was applied that brought most of the affected wireless access points back online along with most wireless clients. The additional issues preventing the remaining wireless access points from coming back online were then identified and corrected.
