Blackboard IM’s support team will be performing an update of the Blackboard IM system during a scheduled maintenance window on Saturday, October 5, 2013 from 9:00 PM CST until Sunday, October 6, 2013 at 5:00 AM CST.
There will be no updates to the Blackboard IM client software at this time. During this server update, users will not be able to log into Blackboard IM. They will send a broadcast announcement to all users logged into the Blackboard IM client 15 minutes prior to the scheduled maintenance.
