Dear Tegrity Customers,
This is an update for the degraded performance issue.
The updates that were applied yesterday along with additional updates made in the early morning hours appear to have dramatically improved performance. We are watching the situation closely as the day builds towards full production. We are expecting better performance today. Our efforts will continue until we are certain that the service is working well.
We expect customers will be using Tegrity and we will be monitoring throughout the day.
