Service Update – 8/25/2015 2:50 PM CDT
Dear Tegrity Customers,
This is an update for the degraded performance or outage issues that some of you are currently experiencing.
We have made several adjustments during the day that appear to have helped, however not as much as we need. We continue to work on the issue and are currently testing more modifications. We will provide additional updates as soon as we have more specifics. We still do not have an ETA on a resolution, however we are very focused on the issue being related to database configuration.
We are working as quickly as we can to resolve the issue and we continue to bring in additional resources to help resolve the issue.
