Dear Tegrity Customers,
This is an update for the degraded performance issue.
We have applied some updates in the early AM that appears to have resulted significant improvements. We are watching the situation closely as the day builds towards full production. We are also continuing to work on even more modifications. Although we are expecting better performance today, our efforts will continue until we are certain that we are working well.
There are two unexpected behaviors that were introduced:
1. After viewing a recording the title remains bold, as if it hasn’t been viewed.
2. A second Private Course appears for all existing instructors. This does not occur for new instructor accounts, only existing ones.
We expect customers will be using Tegrity and we will be monitoring throughout the day.
