Please be reminded that beginning on Thursday, February 1, the Campus Support Center will no longer be able to reset passwords. New functionality involving a recovery email and phone number will be added to the Account Management System (AMS) to provide more secure recovery from a forgotten password.
Something you can do now to facilitate this process is to populate your recovery email address and phone number so this new functionality can be fully available to you. You can use the “Update Password Recovery Information” link in the Personal Information portlet on the Home page in OneTech for this purpose.
