The Office of Information Systems is always working to make your technical service experience more efficient and convenient by providing options for solutions in an easy-to-find format. On Monday, April 16, OIS will launch a new website and support portal. This new website will provide better navigation and a pleasing new look. The new support portal, Freshservice, will blend in nicely with new functionality and will replace Parature due to its end of life. Here is a sneak peak of our new website.
The new support portal, previewed below, will provide all users a fresh, new way to access our documented solutions, submit a ticket when needed, and request items from a service catalog.
