The Blackboard Learn system is experiencing “intermittent” performance issues that appear to be related to heavier traffic on the system. This is why it is most prevalent in the mornings. The incidents you may be experiencing where you cannot access the system, tend to clear up within a few minutes. We are in communication with Blackboard Support trying to identify the root cause but this may take some time. Once we have the issue cleared up completely, we will post another update of its resolution.
