There will be a scheduled outage for the ATU Cisco Unified Communications system on Tuesday, January 29th, starting at 5:30 pm and lasting until 7 pm. During the maintenance window, Unified Communication services may be intermittently unavailable. These services include:
• Cisco VoIP Phones
• Jabber (both on campus and remote access)
• Departmental Hunt Groups/Call Queues
• VoIP Fax
This maintenance only affects areas and departments at ATU that have been migrated to the Unified Communications system and does not affect Windstream services. Any loss of service is expected to be brief but the entire maintenance window is reserved. This maintenance will allow the Office of Information Systems to perform updates to the infrastructure as well as reboot the VoIP services to resolve some outstanding issues.
