There will be an upcoming network maintenance on Tuesday, January 8th, starting at 5:30 p.m. and lasting until 9:30 p.m. During this time, there may be brief losses in connectivity across the University, including Russellville and Ozark academic buildings, wireless, and the on-campus residence halls. There may also be brief periods where parts of the ATU Unified Communication system, namely VoIP phones and Jabber, experience brief losses of connectivity or re-register. Losses of connectivity to the ATU, OneTech, and Banner systems may be longer.
This maintenance will allow for updates to be installed in the ATU datacenter across several server and network systems in preparation for new hardware installs later in the week. While the updates may be finished before 9:30 p.m., the entire maintenance window is reserved. A further announcement will be sent out once the maintenance is complete.
