The OIS Workshop “Navigating the OIS Support Portal” previously scheduled for Thursday, February 28th, has been moved to Thursday, March 7th. This workshop will cover the support portal, solution article database, and how to submit and check your tickets. There will be a question and answer session at the end of the workshop.
