Blackboard Learn is still intermittently experiencing an issue with the Single Sign On authentication when clicking on the login button of the login page. Admins are aware of the issue and are currently looking into the problem. As a work-around, you can still use the login method that is available via the OneTech page. Go to onetech.atu.edu and login in there, then in the upper right-hand corner, click on the 9 box icon and choose Blackboard to log in.
