There will be two periods of upcoming planned Internet maintenance which will occur from midnight until 6:00 a.m. on both May 30th 2019 and May 31st 2019. During these maintenance periods, AREON engineers will be replacing the equipment that provides the ATU campuses with Internet connectivity.
During the maintenance on May 30th, a total loss of Internet access is expected for both the Russellville and Ozark campuses. On-campus services, such as OneTech, Banner INB, Banner SSB, and the VPN will not be accessible from off campus.
During the maintenance on May 31st, work will continue but should not result in a loss of service.
The actual maintenance work may take less time but each maintenance window is reserved in its entirety.
