Beginning Thursday Sept 12th, 2019, the Office of Information Systems will continue its OIS Workshop series to present information and training on various topics of ATU’s many technological resources. These workshops are held in RPL 334 from 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM each Thursday.
September workshops are as follows:
9/12 – The Campus Support Center will present on the Campus Support portal’s (http://support.atu.edu) Knowledgebase (KB) articles and Service Catalog items.
9/19 – From the Office of the Director for OIS, Ken Wester and Chris Moss will present on the campus’ remote storage capabilities (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox)
9/26 – OIS’ Technical Support Administrator, Joe Keating, will present on Hardware/Software Purchasing Best Practices and the Hardware/Software Purchase Application.
