Final Tegrity/Kaltura Migration Update

As some of you may have realized, legacy Tegrity links in your BbLearn courses have inadvertently still been working for Tegrity content.  This message is to inform you that on Jan 31stst, Tegrity will be purging our data on their system and at that time any left-over links to Tegrity recordings in any courses on BbLearn will no longer work.  These links will need to be replaced with the videos that you should find in your My Media repository in Kaltura.  You can either embed the video or get a share link and post that.

If a video is not in your My Media, it is possible that the actual “owner” of the video is someone else, like maybe who a course was copied from, or developed by.  In this case you would need to be added as a co-publisher of the recording.  This can be done by the contacting the actual owner, if you know who it is.  If not, put a ticket in for Campus Support to take a look and we should be able to determine the asset owner.

To reiterate, legacy Tegrity links in BbLearn will stop working some time on Jan 31st, 2020.

As always, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please contact the Campus Support Center a 479-968-0646 or campussupport@atu.edu.
