Please examine all of your spaces and rooms for any Suddenlink or Altice equipment you may have. Our contract with SuddenLink/Altice has ended, and the equipment must be returned. Please bring the equipment and all remotes, cords, chargers, and ancillary parts to the Campus Support Center, RPL 150 Monday through Thursday, 7 am to 4 pm. If you have a reason to keep the equipment because you or your department has a separate arrangement with SuddenLink/Altice, report the equipment name, location, serial number to Kirby Austin at email@example.com. The equipment will be similar to the three items pictured below. If you are unsure and need assistance in identifying any equipment, please contact the Campus Support Center.
