The Office of Information Systems (OIS) is receiving reports of people getting an email with a Zoom link for a meeting that contained no requester or details for the meeting. These reported emails have turned out to be Phishing emails; that doesn’t mean all will be, so be diligent. With meeting requests on the rise over the next weeks for the HLC visit and Working and Study Groups, we would like to remind you that all meeting requests should come from official University channels. If you receive an email for a virtual meeting and are unsure if it is legitimate, please contact Campus Support at campussupport@atu.edu or 479.968.0646 for assistance. Remember to watch for the “External Sender” identification in the emails.
