A Message from the ATU Office of Facilities Management:
All buildings affected by today’s power outage on the Arkansas Tech University campus in Russellville should be back online as of 2:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 9. Any members of the university community who continue to experience issues with electricity in their buildings may contact Drew Dickey at (479) 968-0261.
Earlier in the afternoon, Arkansas Tech University experienced a power outage in several buildings on its Russellville campus.
Entergy was notified and the nearest available technician responded to the outage as soon as possible.
The U.S. Post Office location in the Young Building has closed for the remainder of the day as a result of the outage.
