As you may be aware, Arkansas Tech University has just completed a migration to the Ellucian Cloud for all Banner & Banner-related software systems. Part of this migration involved updating OneTech to a new platform called Ellucian Experience, which has given OneTech a visual overhaul.
Functionally, everything you accessed via the old version of OneTech is still available. The new system uses cards that can be pinned to your personal OneTech homepage so you can get to the tools you need quickly & efficiently.
Please note, as you navigate the new version of OneTech for the first time, you may encounter some error messages about validating SAML – this should be resolved by clearing your browser’s cache & cookies.
To help ease the transition to this new platform, OIS has provided a knowledge base with several articles that will answer some frequently asked questions. Included in the knowledge base is an introduction video that gives a brief overview of how to use the new OneTech.
