In accordance with the Arkansas State Auditor’s requirements, it is essential that all supervisors conduct an annual review of job position-associated Secured Data Systems Access. We kindly request that you complete this review and certification process before Friday, September 29, 2023, to ensure compliance with the State Auditor’s requirements.

If you are not the designated supervisor for the listed position or if the date of your last review is before July 01, 2023, please proceed to review and certify the access.
Please note the following exceptions:
- Full-time faculty positions are exempt from this requirement.
- Program Chair Faculty positions on the Ozark Campus are NOT exempt, as they entail more extensive Data Access than standard Full-Time Faculty access, as originally approved by Data Owners and Deans.
