Welcome back to “Tech Tip Tuesday,” where we give you an inside scoop on all things technology here at ATU! In honor of October being Cyber Security Awareness Month, all of our technology tips this month will be on internet safety.
This week, we’re talking about healthy skepticism!
Healthy skepticism simply means exercising critical thinking and caution before you click a link, download anything, or send sensitive information.
Make sure you’re double-checking URLs before you click them, and make sure that the website or email is trustworthy before downloading or sending anything. And remember, it’s better to take your time criticizing the content than rushing – you can’t take it back if it’s bad!
Check out our Tech Tip Tuesday video on this topic.
Thank you for joining us this week, we’ll see you next week!
