Good morning and welcome back to Tech Tip Tuesday! Today’s Tech Tip is all about how to get help with the wi-fi.
First things first, when it comes to connectivity, it doesn’t matter what the reason for needing help is, whether it’s for work and homework or for hanging out in your dorm, you can get help!
Secondly, if you’re having connectivity issues, there could be several different root causes, not just the wi-fi. These include your device, your account, or the location, just to name a few.
So, when you submit a ticket, it helps us help you get to the root of your issue and sometimes even prevent recurring issues!
