There will be a planned maintenance for the GlobalProtect VPN connectivity on Thursday, June 12th, starting at 8:00 pm and lasting until 10:00 pm. During this time, there may be brief losses of internet connectivity on both campuses, and VPN connectivity on and off campus may be impacted. This maintenance will allow Network Services to apply security and feature updates to the Globalprotect VPN.
After the maintenance, users on Mac and Windows who connect to the VPN may see a prompt indicating the client will automatically update and may need to reconnect it after it finishes. Users utilizing Apple iPhones and iPads with the VPN may need to re-install the certificate. Instructions on how to do so can be found here:
