The Office of Information Systems invites all students, faculty, and staff to complete the OIS IT Feedback Survey.
The survey collects input on:
- Campus network and Wi-Fi performance
- Computer labs, classroom technology, and software
- Help Desk and technical support
- University-provided devices and services (email, LMS, collaboration tools, etc.)
Responses are confidential and will be used to:
- Prioritize upgrades and new projects
- Improve reliability and response times
- Align IT services with instructional and operational needs
The survey is completely anonymous and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
The survey will be available through Monday, December 15.
