The University’s Ellucian systems will undergo scheduled maintenance as part of the annual security certificate renewal process.
Maintenance Window:
Thursday, December 4, 2025 – 9:30 p.m. (CST)
to
Friday, December 5, 2025 – 6:30 a.m. (CST)
During this maintenance period, single sign-on access to several Ellucian services may be unavailable or intermittently disrupted. This includes:
- OneTech
- Application Navigator (AppNav)
- Admin Pages
- Self-Service Banner (SSB)
- Degree Works
- E-print
Students, faculty, and staff who use these services are encouraged to plan accordingly.
All services are expected to return to normal once the maintenance window has ended.
