OIS is still investigating and troubleshooting the current Blackboard issues impacting Blackboard emails and AI features. In order to facilitate further troubleshooting, a rolling restart of ATU’s Blackboard system is scheduled to be initiated.
This restart has been set for Sunday, October 11 at 2:00AM and will result in a disruption of Blackboard services while the restart and rebooting of the system occurs.
