Campus Support is currently receiving calls regarding performance issues with Blackboard. We have contacted our administrators, and they are looking into the issues. We will post a follow-up announcement when we know more.
Issue with Sign-On on OIS Support Portal
It appears that the single sign-on on the OIS Support Portal (support.atu.edu) is not working at this time. We have opened a service request with Parature and will post another announcement when it is back online.
Update: Emergency Network Maintenance for Russellville and Ozark Campuses
The previously scheduled maintenance for Tuesday morning has been postponed until Thursday March, 22nd from Midnight until 6AM. Telephone Line Issues Resolved
The issue with the telephone lines has been resolved. Windstream located a problem and repaired our T1 circuit. Outbound calls and feature programming on Windstream lines should be working as intended now. If you continue to have an issue, please contact Campus Support at 479.968.0646.

The telephone line issues have been attributed to a problem with the switch at Windstream. Our ticket has been transferred to another support team. At this time, we do not have an estimated resolution time. Note: VoIP phones are not affected.
