The VoIP telephone issues are resolved.  The issues were caused by a defective piece of network equipment. If you are still having issues, please contact Campus Support at campussupport@atu.edu.  

We are currently experiencing issues with the VoIP phones.  We have had instances of dropped calls and video freezing in Corley, Ross Pendergraft Library, and Rothwell.  We have notified Network Services, and they are looking into it now.
