Issues with Java Blocking Banner

The Campus Support Center is currently receiving a high call volume regarding an issue with Java blocking Banner.  To resolve this issue, an exception needs to be added for the website.  The instructions to complete this are included below:

If you press your start button and then type in ‘Java’ in the search bar that appears you should be able to click ‘Configure Java’.  When that appears go to the ‘security’ tab and then ‘edit site list’.  Click ‘add’ then type in ‘’.  Add the exception then click OK. Restart your browser.  When trying to start banner you will be prompted by java to allow it.  Accept and remember and eventually INB will open.
