Cisco Jabber Issue
We are currently having an issue with Cisco Jabber, and its ability to control calls. Our Network Services team are working to resolve the issue. Be aware that during this time Jabber may connect and disconnect while we are addressing the issue.
Partial VoIP Service Interruption Affecting Incoming Calls
We are currently experiencing a partial VoIP service interruption affecting several offices’ ability to receive incoming calls. This is due to a Windstream PRI circuit that is down. We have opened a ticket with our service provider and will post a follow-up announcement when we know more.
Scheduled Production Banner Maintenance Complete
