There will be an upgrade to the university’s GlobalProtect VPN software on Tuesday, February 20th, starting at 8 am. After this update, users will be prompted to update the software on their computers the next time they attempt to make a VPN connection to the university. No loss of service is expected at this time. This upgrade will allow Network Services to bring the GlobalProtect software up to the latest release.
