With the new EU GDPR personal security law taking affect soon many companies are sending out updated online privacy policy agreements for users to acknowledge. Cyber criminals are taking advantage of this opportunity by sending out phishing attacks using spoofed email accounts with malware links. If you are unsure of the validity of these requests always verify through the company’s official web site. If you don’t do business with company in question do not respond to the email request.
