As a reminder, the Blackboard IM instant messaging tool is being deprecated by Blackboard as of December 31, 2018, and it will cease to be a part of our integrated communication tool set with the Blackboard Learn LMS. Other options are currently being investigated and we hope to have something in place for the Spring semester.
If the loss of this product is a burden to your academic activities, whether it be faculty or student involved, please reach out to us at bblearn_admin@atu.edu and let us know how much you use Bb IM and in what manner you use it. To suit your needs, we want to find a product that provides as good of a feature set or better, and your input is greatly appreciated.
