The Office of Information Systems will be upgrading the Imagicle server this weekend to the latest version. The Imagicle server is responsible for the Unified Communication faxing system as well as several other functions. As part of this upgrade, the format of the email attachments for the incoming faxes will be switched from the TIFF graphical file format to a PDF file format. You’ll be able to open these fax attachments in the same way as any other PDF document.
