There will be a planned maintenance of the Unified Communications (VoIP) phone system starting at 5:15 pm and lasting until 6:30 pm on Monday, January 6, 2020. Disruptions during this time should be minimal; however, some services may be intermittently unavailable during this window.
This maintenance window is scheduled to apply critical security updates to the server hardware that supports the Unified Communications environment.
