There will be an upcoming planned maintenance for the Unified Communications (VoIP) system on Sunday, February 9th, starting at 5:00 am and lasting until 6:00 am. During this time, calls to campus and going out of campus will be interrupted. This maintenance will allow Network Services to upgrade software on some of the VoIP hardware to address a bug that causing occasional unplanned outages. The actual downtime should be less than 30 minutes but the entire window is reserved.
